Advocacy Services

How to refer clients to our advocacy services, including criteria information and referral forms for each programme.

Before you complete a referral form it is essential that you read and understand the criteria below for the Advocacy service to which you are making a referral.  The criteria and the form are different for BCP and Dorset Council.

We aim to respond to all referrals within two working days, but it may be later depending on the meeting dates you have indicated in your referral.

Please be aware that we may not be able to attend meetings in the case of short-notice referrals.

If you would like to discuss a potential referral please contact us.
