Pre-employment provision at stage 2 of the Strategic Skills Pipeline (SSP) aims to lay employability foundations, focusing on personal development, essential/core skills and introductory work experience.

A 4 week construction programme providing industry standard training/qualifications and 2 week work trial leading to full time employment.

Skills is a short personal development programme aimed at supporting young people aged 16-24 to progress into opportunities in training, education and employment. The skills provision is targeted at stage 1 of the Strategic Skills Pipeline.

This programme is aimed at stage one of the Strategic Skills Pipeline and focusses on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) sectors.

Youthbuild is a construction based programme aimed at 16-19 year olds in Edinburgh who have faced some barriers to entering employment.
