Robbie was referred to our Employability Fund Stage 4 programme, Pave Your Way in October 2015. After it being assessed, it showed that Robbie did have some barriers to employment however, with support he would be ready to work.

John was referred to Action to Children by his Pupil Support Teacher at Castlebrae High School in 2014. John did not have a great experience at school and his attendance at school had significantly dropped. John started with Action for Children’s Youthbuild Programme in November 2014.

Ian's Story

Ian was referred to the Action for Children Employability Fund Stage 4 Programme, Pave Your Way in October 2015 by his jobcentre advisor. Ian was interviewed by the Action for Children staff and was assessed as having some barriers to employment but he was ready to work with some support.

Clarke was referred to Action for Children by Citadel Youth Centre in 2015. Clarke did not have a great experience at school, lacked qualifications and was finding it hard gaining employment. Clarke started Action for Children’s Youthbuild programme in May 2015.
