Community Development

Community Development

Community Development is a key aspect to South Worcestershire's Parenting & Community Development Services proactive approach to working with children & young people aged 0-19 and their families.

Our Community Development Workers work with a range of partner agencies within the community, to develop opportunities for children, young people and families.

Go to our What’s On page to find out what groups are being run in your local area and please join our Facebook group to get regular updates on activities, events and useful information.

Our Community Development workers also support volunteers to develop groups and services. For more information on volunteering opportunities. Please click here.

Below are some examples of the groups we deliver and support in partnership with other agencies.  If you wish to find out more information about how you can get involved as a parent, volunteer or partner agency, please contact us (link)
