Action for Children: Stoke-on-Trent Aiming High

Action for Children are the lead provider for the Stoke-On-Trent Aiming High for Disabled Children Programme. Our staff are fully trained and skilled to deliver the best possible care and activities for our service users across the city. We know how challenging it can be when children need access to full-time support and care. We understand that by delivering the right services at the right time, disabled children, young people and their families can thrive.

Booking

Due to the high demand for our Short Break activities, pre-booking is required.

1st - 10th of the month: you can book your child onto their chosen core offer activity.

11th - 15th of the month you can book any additional activities for a nominal contribution. 

To make a booking or to notify our team of a cancellation, please contact us on 01782 982250 or email with your choices. Please also include reserve choices to avoid disappointment.   

 

How to pay for activities

By Post

Send a cheque or postal order, made payable to Action for Children. Please ensure your child's name is written clearly on the back so we can ensure payment is allocated to the correct account.

By Credit or Debit Card

Call us to pay over the phone, or pop in to see us!
