Learning Disabilities trampolining sessions are fun, friendly and fantastic for fitness. It particularly helps with balance, co-ordination and also has many other health benefits. Physical Disabilities Trampolining for physical disabilities is also great fun! Being bounced on the trampoline offers a feeling of freedom and a work out. Various positions can be adopted to develop fitness, improve muscle tone, balance and co- ordination. It also has a positive impact on helping the body to function. 

  • A sling is required if the child is a wheelchair user
  • A medical consent form will be required for children who have Down's Syndrome and must be completed prior to them attending the activity
  • All trampolining coaches hold NGB's qualifications from British Gymnastics
  • The lead coach has a minimum of a Level 2 and disability specific add on module for the sport
  • Coaches have training in rebound therapy, first aid, safeguarding children and safe handling.
