We are looking for candidates who are committed to the needs of disabled young people and who wants to make a positive difference in the life of a child as this is a vital part of our work.

As a Young Persons Worker you'll be working in our Stoke Aiming High Service where you will be required to support disabled children and young people throughout Stoke on Trent and North Staffordshire in a variety of activities within group settings and on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis.

You will need to be enthusiastic, flexible, innovative, patient and able to work well under pressure. You will need to possess good organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written
