  • Youth Sport Trust has a range of innovative resources to help more children enjoy the benefits of PE and physical activity both in and outside of school. These resources have been made available to you by YST – they will be there for you as long as you need them through this difficult time.

Resources are available for different age groups:
    • Early years: Getting your children moving more and making activities fun in the early years will give your child a great start in life and get them ready for school.
    • Primary Years: Resources and videos to support you to continue with national curriculum PE at home, maintain physical activity levels and use active learning to teach a range of other subjects during the school closures.
    • Secondary Years: Signposting to appropriate physical education content which will enable pupils to continue their development within national curriculum PE at home during the school closures.
