Kernow Connect

Providing a range of universal, targeted and specialist services to Young People aged 11-19 and those up to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Cornwall. Kernow Connect will provide support that enables young people to meet friends, have someone to talk to and be listened to, whilst having fun and feeling happy. Make a referral

A referral is required for our targeted and specialist services (young people aged 11 - 19 years), if you are working with a professional speak to them about referring you or you can self refer. Find out more about referrals here
