CQC Inspection report 2017

The finding and ratings from our first inspection for our service

We recently has our first CQC inspection since we started our Domiciliary Service in November 2015. It was a comprehensive inspection where they were looking at these five key areas:

• are we safe?
• are we effective?
• are we caring?
• are we responsive?
• are we well-led?

All of these questions were answered through looking at our documents, seeing our systems, asking questions to staff providing the service, deputy and registered manager, parents currently using our service and other professionals such as the Disabled Children Team and the borough commissioners.

Our final rating was Good on all the above areas, please see attached report on the right for more detail.
