We need you to complete our registration forms which covers an overview of your child, photo and data consent, medication consent & medical card, sun cream permission.
EHCP- Education, Health, Care plan
Behaviour plan if applicable
Dietary plans if applicable
Gastro Plans if applicable
Any specialist plans such as positioning
Your child will not be able to start until we have all of this information
When your child attends, they need to bring
- Healthy packed lunch - **NO NUTS,** no fizzy drinks, no chocolate
- Spare clothes
- Personal care items - nappies, sanitary towels
- Medications - emergency and daily if needs to be taken while with us (consent form needs to be completed for us to be able to administer
- Spring/Summer- sun cream (if not using ours - we need you to have signed consent form), hats, swim wear
- Winter -hats, scarfs, wellies - if your child will wear them
Clothes wearing & spare- have to be labelled
After School club
3:30 - 6pm - Wednesdays & Thursdays- Camden sessions- staff drop home on the bus
Saturday & Holiday sessions
10am to 4pm - Islington,
10am- 3pm- Camden
Camden & Islington
Easter for 9 days.
May for 4-5 depending on Bank holiday.
Summer 23 to 25 days depending if we have staff training days
October half term for 5 days.
Christmas - Islington only and depends on when schools break up.
February half term for 5 days.

Cancellations done on the morning or when the bus rings you will still be charged to your budget due to the fact we book in staff to cover the number of children attending.
