Our Story

The Action for Children Heritage and Inclusion project is continually helping to reduce levels of isolation felt by multi-cultural young women in Edinburgh.

The project takes place at 4 Edinburgh secondary schools

The project creates an opportunity to engage with multi-cultural young women from diverse communities in Edinburgh, promoting social inclusion, learning of different cultures and historical events, and raising awareness to the issues that many multi-cultural young women encounter on a regular basis.

The charter aims to show young people that their school actively includes and supports them, helping them to identify their rights, and provides understanding and support to their individual needs.
