Making a Complaint?

Sometimes you may not be happy with how the service is run, decisions we have made or how we have cared for your child.  You or your child can make a complaint at any time and your concerns will be looked into.  We take all complaints seriously and look to resolve them as soon as possible.  If we do not know about a problem we cannot make any changes.
