Accessing our services
We make sure that accessing our short breaks is hassle free. There is no need for an assessment or a referral from a social worker. Just register with us, then select the activities you are interested in and we do the rest.
Am I eligible?
Children and young people are eligible for our support and services if they have a EHCP and/or live with a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term effect on their ability to carry out day-to-day activities. Disabilities need to be recognised under the Equalities Act 2010.

Some families may need additional support to access our services. If English is not a family's first language and you need communication support or financial assistance we can offer additional help.
