Find out more about our partner 4com who have raised money for Nightstop

4Com, the Bournemouth-based leading provider of business telephone systems, raised an incredible £41,234 for Action for Children’s Dorset Nightstop in September 2023.

The money was raised by the 4Com Foundation after the company successfully completed their 24-Hour Moveathon over the 28th and 29th September.  

This consisted of having someone from the company exercising at all times during the 24-hour period, including a team in their offices through the night.

Since the generous donation, Dorset Nightstop have been able to recruit and train 7 new volunteer hosts to provide emergency safe homes and have already provided 84 safe bed nights to young people in Dorset who would otherwise be homeless.

4Com established the '4Com Foundation' in 2014, allowing them to easily support and give back to the local community. With regular charity events such as bake sales and sponsorships taking place throughout the year, the 4Com Foundation also hosts an annual event with company staff voting for the charity partner. In 2023, Dorset Nightstop were the proud winners of this vote to be 4Com’s Charity of the Year, with their project ‘Safe Spaces’.
