Kernow Connect


How to access support

Kernow Connect provides support services to Young People aged 11-19 and those up to 25 for Young People with a Special Educational Need or Disability. There are a range of services that you can access from Youth Groups in your Community to Face-to-Face support. The image below outlines all of these services.


‘Universal’ offer

This means any Young Person can access these services.

‘Targeted’ offer

This means they are designed for Young People who require a little bit of extra support. This might include some group work or 1:1 youth work around building confidence and self-esteem or supporting your emotional wellbeing. 

How to access?

The number and email below are for young people ONLY to contact us about support. Our phones are answered Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 4pm and 6pm.

‘Specialist’ offer

This means they are designed for Young People who need support with their mental health. We offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Counselling for Young People that meet a certain criteria.

How to access?

To access this support you or a supportive adult or professional you are working with can complete an online referral form
