May Half Term 2017

May Half Term 2017

What fun did we have during the May half term?!

Our theme for the week was the story book Room on the Broom, so some of our activities were based around that. We read the story, make handprint witches, party hats and masks, messy play in our cauldrons with jelly, spaghetti, mice and lovely spiders!! We also went to theatre to see the show which was great fun!

Other trips into the community were Golden Hinde where we pretended to be pirates. Thames Valley adventure playground where we climbed and explored in the sensory areas, London Transport museum where we dressed up at pilots flying the wide blue skies, Princess Diana adventure playground more pirate fun this time with lots of sand, Kew Gardens spelling the flowers and looking for bugs, Battersea Zoo meeting new animal  friends and last but not least running, climbing and playing in Holland park! What a week, we need another to recover.
